ABI – PERSONAL TRAINER
Abi is our in-house Women’s Health and Wellness Specialist. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of the female body and mindset can support ladies of all ages to regain confidence and take back control of their health and fitness.
Abi has a strong belief that the key to your success is working your body as a whole; using functional, well thought out programming to replicate day to day movements, making sure you are ready for whatever life has to throw at you. It is her mission to get women of all walks of life back on track, restoring them to their best, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
Abi enjoys exploring all types of training; challenging her body with ‘something different’. Abi is also big into wholesome, healthy food, so at home, she can always be found in the kitchen creating something delicious!
