Our highly skilled Personal Trainers are dedicated to enhancing your performance and maximising your potential through movement, nutrition and education.
FRANK – FOUNDER
Frank has been in full-time football since the age of 16. Growing up through the academy at Millwall, then Reading, and going on to play for various teams such as; Gillingham, Dagenham & Redbridge and Bromley, he has experienced a wealth of training techniques focusing on scientific principles to improve performance, skill, game ability and physical fitness. These techniques along with his commitment and passion for the game have enabled him to build a successful career as a professional footballer.
When creating life:lab his mission was to enhance human performance through movement, nutrition and education across three key training streams; Sports Performance Coaching for amateur, semi pro and professional athletes, quality Personal Training and Small Group Training for life:lab members. Frank is continually developing life:lab and has created the optimum gym in Chislehurst.
Frank has an obvious passion for ‘the beautiful game’ (football!), but enjoys working on all kinds of sports performance coaching, as well as exploring the latest developments in fitness training that allow individuals to achieve their optimum.
