Mat Pilates is a gentle, low-impact class focused on helping you move, stretch, and strengthen your body with care and intention. The session centres around building core strength while improving mobility, balance, and overall ease of movement throughout the whole body.

This is a supportive and welcoming class, suitable for all levels, where you can take time for yourself, connect with your body, and move at a pace that feels good for you. Join us for this hour of mindful movement and leave feeling refreshed, energised, and looked after.

Kettlebell Klub

Strength & Conditioning

Kettlebell Club is a 45-minute strength and conditioning class using kettlebells to build full-body strength, endurance, and fitness. Suitable for all levels.

Lab Tabata

High Intensity

A high-intensity full-body workout using the Tabata format: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated in challenging intervals to boost strength and endurance.
