Sport and fitness has always been a huge part of Daniel’s life and football is a real passion of his. He was lucky enough to become a professional footballer and even represent his country, so he knows what it takes to succeed. After attending university and gaining his Sports Science degree, Daniel decided to further his knowledge and become a Level 3 personal trainer. This is where he found a true passion and adoration for helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals.
