With a background in rowing, running, cycling and rugby, training for athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation has always been of deep interest of mine. I believe in working toward maximum training efficiency, whilst making each workout fun and rewarding in the process. With connections and experience working alongside physiotherapists and osteopaths, I have developed an approach to training designed to improve your overall health & wellbeing holistically, quickly and effectively.

Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, posture improvement, condition management, performance optimisation or a healthy mix of the lot, you can be sure that personal training with me will fast-track your journey and empower your mind and body along the way.

Qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 5 Sports & Exercise Nutritional Advisor
  • CIMSPA Registered Practitioner
  • Les Mills Sprint & GRIT Instructor
  • Experience working with Arthritis, Sports injury, Parkinson’s, Joint replacements & Cystic Fibrosis
