Jemma is co-owner of LifeLab and ensures the studio delivers a high-quality, welcoming experience. She helps shape the brand, manage memberships and events, coordinate personal training clients, and maintain a motivating, member-focused environment. With a background in marketing, brand development, and events, she brings a keen eye for design, communication, and customer experience.

You’ll usually find her behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly or chatting with members on the gym floor.
