Anna is a Personal Trainer at Lifelab who helps clients build strength, improve performance, and create lasting lifestyle change. Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or working toward a specific goal, she focuses on structured, purposeful training that delivers real progress.

Her coaching combines high standards with fully individualised programming. Through her own training journey, Anna understands the balance between pushing progress and protecting long-term health. Having completed multiple marathons herself, she is also well placed to support clients preparing for endurance events or looking to improve their sports performance.

Alongside training, she supports clients with simple, sustainable nutrition guidance to help them feel stronger, leaner, and more energised.

She works particularly well with beginners looking for structure and accountability, as well as anyone ready to commit to meaningful long-term change.
