Chelsea

Manager & Head Coach

Leading the Lifelab team and creating high-energy training that helps members get stronger and feel their best.

Chelsea is the Studio Manager at Lifelab and plays a central role in the coaching team and overall member experience. She programmes many of our highly effective group sessions and is passionate about creating classes that challenge, motivate, and bring out the best in every member.

Chelsea is a qualified Level 2 Group Exercise Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Level 3 Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, as well as a nutrition coach. Having grown up dancing, she first qualified as an ISTD dance teacher before discovering a strong passion for coaching and helping others improve their strength, fitness, and confidence.

She is constantly developing her knowledge and loves supporting members throughout their fitness journey.

Chelsea enjoys spending time as a mum and also manages and teaches at local reformer Pilates studio, House of Balance.
